California Privacy Notice

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies only to California residents. It is provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA").

1. The short version

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose other than providing what you asked for. In the twelve months before the date above we have not sold or shared the personal information of any consumer, including anyone under 16.

Biometric, audio, visual, employment, education, inferencesNot collected. We do not build profiles or draw inferences about your characteristics or preferences.

3. Sources, purposes and disclosure

We collect this information directly from you, automatically from your use of the site, and from our payment processor and shipping carriers. We use it to fulfill and deliver your order, communicate with you about it, handle returns, prevent fraud, keep required business records, and — only with your opt-in — send marketing email.

For a business purpose, we disclose identifiers, customer records and commercial information to our payment processor, shipping carriers, hosting and email providers, and professional advisers. Each is bound by contract to use it only to perform services for us.

4. Retention

We keep each category only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected: order records for seven years from the end of the relevant tax year, service correspondence for three years, marketing contacts until you unsubscribe, and server logs for a short rolling period.

6. How to make a request

Email hello@remigrace.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request" and tell us which right you are exercising. We will acknowledge within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, extending once by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary, and we will tell you if we need the extension.

To protect your information we must verify who you are before we act. For most requests this means confirming the email address on file plus details of a recent order. For a request to know specific pieces of information we may ask for additional confirmation. We will not use anything you give us for verification for any other purpose.

7. Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent. The agent must provide written, signed permission from you, and we may still contact you directly to confirm the request and verify your identity, unless the agent holds a valid power of attorney.

8. Minors

We do not knowingly collect personal information from consumers under 16, and we have not sold or shared the personal information of any consumer under 16.

9. Shine the Light

California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits residents to request details of personal information disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing. We make no such disclosures.
