Your Data
Last updated 16 July 2026
This is the plain-language version. The full legal detail is in our Privacy Policy, and California residents have extra rights set out in the California Privacy Notice. Nothing here changes those documents — it just says the same thing in fewer words.
What we actually hold about you
If you have ordered from us: your name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number, what you bought, what you paid, and any emails between us. If you have only browsed: an IP address and a server log line, nothing tied to your name.
We never hold your card number. Stripe takes the payment and tells us only that it worked, along with the card brand and last four digits.
What we do with it
We send you your order and talk to you about it. We keep the records our accountant and the tax authorities require. We check for fraudulent transactions. If you ticked the box, we send you occasional email. That is the entire list.
What we never do
- We do not sell your information. Not to anyone, at any price.
- We do not hand it to advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not run tracking pixels or advertising cookies on this site.
- We do not email you unless you asked us to.
- We do not build a profile of you or guess things about your household.
Who else touches it
| Stripe | Takes the payment. Sees your card details; we do not. |
|---|---|
| Shipping carrier | Gets your name, address and phone so the parcel arrives. |
| Hosting and email providers | Run the site and carry our order emails. Contractually barred from using your information for anything else. |
| Our accountant | Sees transaction records, as required for tax. |
How long we keep it
| Order records | Seven years, because tax law requires it. |
|---|---|
| Emails with you | Three years from your last message. |
| Marketing list | Until you unsubscribe. |
| Server logs | A short rolling window, then gone. |
Getting it back, or getting rid of it
Email hello@remigrace.com and say what you want:
- "Send me my data" — we send you everything we hold, in a readable file.
- "Fix this" — we correct anything wrong.
- "Delete me" — we delete everything except the order records we are legally obliged to retain, and we tell you exactly what had to stay and why.
- "Stop emailing me" — done immediately; there is also an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every marketing email.
We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner. We will ask you to confirm a recent order so we know it is really you. There is no charge, and asking will never affect how we treat you as a customer.
If something goes wrong
If our systems were ever breached in a way that affected your information, we would tell you and the relevant regulator, as the law requires. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, email us first — and if we cannot resolve it, you can complain to your data protection authority (in the EEA or UK) or the California Attorney General.
